Who can use my bindstone?
The owner of a private house and all characters on the owners account (or Rank 0 characters if the house is a guildhouse) have default rights to use the bindstone. Shift + right click on an interior wall to bring up the House Internal Options menu and select Access. Here you can select 'use bindstone' to allow house friends to use it as well.
