Listed below are several possible causes for your inability to log in:
1) Be sure to use the correct account name and password. Passwords for DAoC are case sensitive.
2) Take note of patching messages. If the servers are down for patching, you cannot log in until patching is completed.
3) Verify that you have entered a valid CD Key upon installation of DAoC. (Only one CD Key is valid per user.)
4) Make sure to highlight the server that you wish to play on and click PLAY.
